.pdd files are created in adobe photo deluxe.  I'm pretty sure you can also
read them in paint shop pro.  I don't use either of these but I'm sure
someone on the list could convert them for you.

No, these are photoshop files but i dont know why they have .pdd instead of
.psd
ImageMagick will"open" them but only shows a white screen.
any ideas to get it to display something?
Once opened in imagemagick i can convert them to jpg or whatever
but it still a blank image.
Why doesnt GIMP open them?
