No.

Discussion about it has dropped off now, but there was an error in the
formula used to calculate disk space for Squid.  It isn't mentioned here, so
I doubt that it's addressed.  Most people were using very small machines,
and I suspect that's at least part of the problem.  (having a 2 Gig squid
cache on a machine with 16 Megs of RAM, for example).
