Hello all,
Dan's email regarding the "Free PC guys" are known as the CRS (Computer Recycling Society). I have not heard from the CRS since they came to the CLUG monthly meeting on November 6, 2002 to address CLUG's questions. I notified CRS by email about the last Installfest and no one replied or showed up. I'm not sure how to approach them anymore. I know they are very busy and difficult to get a hold of. Through my persistence I always managed to contact them but since December it has been difficult to get a hold of them because of my long work hours. The CRS contact is Robert Hazel. He is actually the president of TechnoTrash which is the business that supports CRS. He is easier to contact by email than by phone. He can be contacted at: [EMAIL PROTECTED] To avoid being a middle man and to speed up your search, perhaps you can introduce yourself and state your case. Hope this is useful. Peter E. The PC the kids use there has died and is in need of replacement. I was hoping to contact those PC recycling guys to see what we could maybe scrounge up for them and then put a kidz enhanced Cluggix on it for them. Who are those Free PC guys and do you think they would help me? > > All the best, Dan > >
