CLUG is currently not registered as a not-for-profit society. We are awaiting 
finalization of our paperwork. I think this question is leading to an obvious 
one. Would CLUG be able to issue your employer with a tax receipt? No, not at 
this time. We are shooting for this though...

I think CLUG would love to snag one of these boxes. I'm not sure what Jeff is 
currently using as our server but I'm sure this Compaq beats the snot out of 
it. We leave it up to you.

Agreed on all counts. However, the logistics of doing so are problematic. One 
of the things the current Executive will be looking at is this very issue.
