I have been looking for open source photos to use in the promotion of Linux and on my web sites. I have found only one site and the selection sucks. I found many other sites that have great pictures for $25 each! And other sites that will not let me see anything until I subscribe.

Does anyone know of a site that offers free GPL licensed photos?

I am thinking I may buy a digital camera and start taking a few photos to post with a GNU license. Anyone interested in helping out?
