(clug-talk) fstab mount points in users home directory?

I have been trying to create an entry in /etc/fstab to allow untrusted users to mount a network NFS share in their home directory.

I want to restrict users movement to their home directory so the share cannot be mounted in a common directory.

Maybe someone could recommend a better way if fstab cannot do this.
