Ok Now here are my questions :: Is php running in safe mode Are you running the cli version. Can the script run as another user, is is it accessing files other users may not be able to access. Does the script run with the q option set ?? Does it output anything during run. Last but not least, can you put the script up somewherefor us to see :-) It would help a bit.
