I would like to lose all the whitespace characters in about a bazillion anchor tags - like f'rinstance:
<a href="zoning/b3424/b342402.htm#General Rules for Development Control:"> and <a name="General Rules for Development Control"> It's obviously pretty easy to find all the whitespaces in the documents, but I'm getting pretty confused just picking out those in the offending tags.
