Hey all, I've recently been testing out checkinstall, so that I can make packages of the apps I compile. I know that when building a src.rpm you can target a specific architecture, but I'm not sure how to do that when you compile a tarball. Checkinstall says that the packages are compiled for i386, but does the Mandrake development environment automatically target i586, or do I have to specify some options somewhere?
