Isn't QT C++. Motif is pretty nasty.

I use wxWindows (www.wxWindows.org) a lot (also C++).  It's completely
free, very cross platform and looks like GTK (or Motif) on X and Windows
on Windows. It's also rather easy to use and if you want to shell out
$100 you can purchase a really slick form designer (called wxDesigner).
I've done QT and WX for a variety of apps and find them quite similar
but wx is just less restrictive.

FLTK is another C++ GUI that might be worth looking into. Again it's
cross platform and this one has the advantage of being very lightweight
(although it's a big ugly).
