And some other ppl dressed as little red demons with running-shoes handing out crazy-glue to the same kids with cluggix cds :-))
Then we hear the news, that many ppl have got their cofee-mugs stuck on their cd-trays while reading the instructions on the back of some cluggix cd :-)))
Joke aside
I think it is a cool idea, forget the wagon, that would be beyond our means, but we could try the penguin-stunt. Cheers

I think it would be a good idea, although these sort of things require some tremendous effort to put together. The Avro Museum has donated the use of their large scale model(s) to the Calgary Aerospace Museum this year - watch for them in the parade... (sorry for the shameless plug).
What do you think? Just a wagon with some of the members on it? or maybe a trailer with some artistic rendition of Linux? Maybe someone in a Tux costume running around the wagon/trailer handing out Cluggix CDs to the kids? <grins>

Hi all,
I wish I thought of this sooner, but maybe a thought for next year, if people are interested. Would it be possible for CLUG to do a wagon for Stampede? I know a lot of groups and organizations do that. It would be a good way to make people aware of the existence of CLUG. Also, I personally think it would be amusing to see someone in a penguin costume driving the wagon. Lol. just an idea. food for thought for the CLUG executives I guess. :-)
Regards,
Brian H.
