APC makes the software for Linux as well as Windows but I think you have
to pay for the Linux version.

I've been meaning to pickup a UPS supply for a while now.
And checking out APC's selection I came accross this goody that a friend
of mine uses with his windows machiine.

Course the really fun part will be getting a adb to usb converter that
will be supported underlinux.
