Ok, with the settings below, I get 1200mhz, so changing the CPU External Freq to 200, 
giving me a 400mhz fsb and multiplier of 12, should give me 2400mhz cpu speed, right?

But the system wont accept those settings and I have to discharge the CMOS to get back 
in? What could be preventing the system from running at that speed? Maybe the ram? The 
ram is

SPECTEK PC2700 512MB DDR333


CPU External Freq = 100 (twice this is FSB, 200mhz)
CPU Frequency Multiple 12x

so shouldnt this give me 2400mhz for the CPU?
