Nelson,   You needed the IP address because Shaw's DNS server isn't working correctly......   When troubleshooting any network problems it's a good to try both the URL and the corresponding IP address to see if your problems not really your problem.  Another way is to try to send/rec'v mail with SMTP/POP.   Dave Watkins President   Abacus Technologies Inc. 1025 Fonda Court S.E.
