I received a similar message on my other email account (work).  But the 
address was just some meaningless title - not an email address...  a virus 
maybe?  or someone's automated anti-spam software?  Either way, there's 
easier ways to get one's self taken off a mailing list....  like following 
the instructions received when signing up...
