-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 Okay here's a quick update. If you are coming from the SouthWest side, you will need to take Edworthy Park not Edworthy Street. Edworthy Street ends in no-man's land. Edworthy Park leads to the parking lot. It appears my map was a bit out of date.
The NorthEast side is also a little tricky you have to come at it from the West as you are travelling along 16th Avenue. Best to come at from Bowness. Also, the area we have planned to hold this was still up for grabs when Kari and I were there a few hours ago. There is a fire pit for those who want to bring wood and an axe. Kari and I will have some on hand and a grill to put over the fire pit. There are picnic tables arranged around the fire pit and there are three small barbecues that look like the would be best suited to charcoal briquettes. All in all, it is a nice spot. Hopefully nobody will take it before we get there tomorrow at 5:00pm Jarrod On Sunday 24 August 2003 1:28 pm, you wrote: > Hey Gang, > > As it was requested here is the 2003 CLUG BBQ reminder. > > Date: Monday August 25, 2003 > Time: 5:00pm - ~10:00pm > Place: Edworthy Park > Location: SouthWest side of the Bow River in the picnic area. > > This is a free event, however, you are responsible for bringing your own > food and beverages.
