After last nights meeting and brainstorming session. I came up with
some ideas that might help with issues that were brought up. I was
wondering if having something similar to cell groups in churches might
work. Basically the concept is that any members who want to participate
sign up for this project. Small managable groups will then be created
with a leader / main coordinator in each group. In turn members can
share within a smaller group if they don't want to post to the main list.
I figured that having someone more direct to talk to would help
those struggling with certain situations. Maybe having a list of
mentors with the applications, tools, distibutions strengths of those
who want to help and hold hands through troubled times. Just though I'd
throw some ideas out.
