Jason, Thank you...you gave me all the information I think I needed to know. Now that I think about it, I have used GAIM at home and thought it worked fine...didn't use it alot, but am considering trying it again.
I had heard of Trillian but could not remember the name...thanks agian for that! I will try and test drive these so that maybe we can use them in the company. What would be really cool is an IM tool that allows access to text messaging and similar features on cellular phones. Who knows...maybe something like that already exists out there.
