This article indicates (yet) another flaw in windows. http://www.businessworld.ie/livenews.htm?a=754673;s=rollingnews.htm
I have to say that MS has been pretty good lately making these things known. But, in almost every such posting I've seen in the past year, whether for a minor or major bug, is to upgrade or apply the patches immediately. Sounds reasonable at face value. But how many people read the disclaimers or license agreements for these patches/upgrades? It's been documented that with SP3 for Win2k, the license was changed to allow MS to access your computer, and change your software without your knowledge. I have to wonder if by constantly telling people to upgrade/patch immediately, are they also telling us we need to accept their latest licenses and whatever new privacy infringements they may contain? Just my thoughts on the "upgrade and/or patch" response... Anyone care to comment? Shawn
