Hello Marcel, Thank you also. Especially Joop who is VP and Director of Operations for VSP (VerySmartPeople). He was very instrumental in all of this. I enjoyed meeting you all and by the way I forgot to thank everyone for helping to move chairs back and forth. - How many times was it? Thanks for the cleanup. Also, Keith Robinson who is a member of CLUG helped with munchies and the paper products. Great patience. I myself am a great fan of linux, but due to "life" have been moved to corporate. Any type of coding I get the chance to do is more web development. Not enough time in the day. I love linux and am very excited that it is getting a growing interest. I would like to spend more time in having linux as a base and layering all of the MS products for the many clients who use them. That is one way that I believe that we can show the CFO, CTO, CEO's how great linux is. Eventually, maybe it will be number one.
Another thing is we are in the process of bringing in more speakers and arranging some other special events for all. Watch our website for the updates www.vsp.ca. Anyone who was unable to attend I will be getting copies of the presentations by Jon, I will check and see if I can have them in a special spot online for all to view. We will also, be linking these sites Jon "Mad Dog" Hall, HP, Avnet's, Teltech Assets, Computer Surplus, Gold Photography and My Donair at 3930 - 32 St NE who helped sponsor the event.
