Some old BBSes allowed you to overclock you 300 baud to a 450, depending on
the make. It's funny, but it made a screaming difference back then.

I remember playing LORDS on BBS, we only had a 2400 modem, then my cousin had a 14.4... couldn't even read it, made the game useless... fun though it was...
