So that everyone knows, I have a small handfull of pentiums (rangining from about p75's to p166's) sitting around (no monitors, keyboards, or mice) and most have hard drives (2.5 gb). If someone is looking for something, let me know. I would like to clean up my storage room. I even have extra nic cards that work with linux.

If you still need a 486 computer I saw a few at Value village today for
about $10. Would probably need some work, but might suit your needs.

You could always try running it in an emulator. I know bochs supports versions as old as RedHat 5.0. 4.2 might work as well. Here is some more info: http://bochs.sourceforge.net/docs-html/Linux.html
