I've shuffled my schedule a bit and I'll have Wednesdays free going forward.
Pick the month, I'll do Samba.  I'll try to cover a bit about the protocol;
since name resolution seems to be such a common problem; so it'll be kinda
long.  But walk through building a complete network as one would want at
their home or office.  I won't talk about FS security or domains, just the
basics, file and print sharing.  I'll cover recycle bins though, cause
they're so amazingly helpful, and they're pretty easy.
