managed to find 'vlc media player' that runs on mac osx... made from opensource material... download link is below... can be used on windows/debian/linux.... etc... plays 'okay', but very slow on my g3/333 running mac osx, not to bad on my p3-850 running windows 2000.

but, a question, anyone have a idea how to install libdvdcss, and other libs used for this player... (i'm using a pre compiled binary), but i'd like to try out a fresh compile/install... see if it runs dvd any faster.

thanks.

Just a small question, whats the chance of finding a software dvd decoder, that you can run in OsX?

If you mean the kind where it removes the encryption so you can get at the video file. Pretty good.
