If there's any trouble, some rpm's are specifically built for SuSE, so try
look for those. Though I haven't tried it, apt-for-rpm is available if you
want to install deb packages. I hear it works quite nicely.

Apt-rpm installs rpms not deps. I believe the program for installing debs would be alien.
