Mod proxy should do what you want and it's easy to use. On your server: <VirtualHost *:80> ServerName theirdomain.com ServerAlias www.theirdomain.com ProxyPass / http://internalmachine:80/ ProxyPassReverse / http://internalmachine:80/ </VirtualHost>
