Thanks.  I'll pick your brains off list on this.....  The mod_rewrite is
working for now, so I don't have any pressing need to do this.... more of an
interest / education type thing for me....

I use this with zope all the time and works fine.  I use the SiteRoot
object and works like a charm an, line you say.  Way easier to use than
moxrewrite.
