I agree this is a good idea. But isn't this similar to the Windows
Themes? How easily would this be applied to KDE and Gnome? Of course with these products being targeted at children, a distro with limited access would have to be developed. Something simular to Knoppix or Cluggix would be good. The parents can *easily* install to the HDD with parental monitoring set "right-out-of-the-box". Net access restricted / logged, an age level / security levels and themes that can be selected for the desktop and installed. I'm sure most parents would want this for their kids.
