Actually, the sad part of it is, management went with a Sonicwall firewall / vpn configuration (this is what was recommended all along by Novell). They have already paid for several licences for both the sonicwall firewall and the remote vpn connections.

And it would probably be easier to set up the vpn now, as everything has been changed over to TCP when all the Novell was upgraded to the latest version. I may take another kick at it in the future (the Sonicwall firewall does some strange things when adding new computers to the internal network - generally it requires a shutdown and restart of the Sonicwall for it to see new computers and assign them dynamic IP addresses)

I have set up Mandrake as firewall / VPN's at a couple of locations into
