(clug-talk) kernal panic

I have a rh 8 box, we are using it as a file server and small webserver 
here at work. It seems that every morning when I get in it's crashed. this 
just started happening this week. I haven't installed anything new on it. 
We're running Samba,Apache,Tomcat and thats about it. just now while 
rebooting and checking drive integrity it paniced so I had to re-reboot 
it. Any suggestions my kernal version is 2.4.20-20.8 (psyche).
