Hi guys. I just thought I'd pass on an interesting tidbit for all you conspiracy theory believers..
My brother was just surfing the HRDC job bank and I was simultaneously checking out my new IPcop 1.3p5 machine. I checked out the intrusion detection logs and saw that Employment and Immigration canada had just port scanned me (snort is sooo cool). it says: (spp_portscan2) Portscan detected from 142.236.154.26: 1 targets 21 ports in 4 seconds so I wonder what they are up to? or is it must me being paranoid..... nah.
