" I don't recall SCO inviting Red Hat to view the offending code - other than through the much mentioned "non-disclosure" agreement. Also, $699 USD is WAY beyond most Linux user's budgets. They are just actively promoting piracy at those rates, if they have their day in court. My thoughts....
