Also, if you are using Grub, you'll have to make a change to your grub.conf file.
The default grub.conf file makes reference to /mnt/BOOT, mnt/ROOT, and /mnt/SWAP. These values need to be replaced with the correct values i.e. /dev/hda2 for /mnt/SWAP. If this isn't done, you'll see a few errors on start up, and might even be able to continue running properly (I was). But it's much better to make these changes.
