Hey Group,

For those that didn't attend last night's meeting the Executive wanted to
inform you that we signed up our 100th Tier Two member. This was Dalin
Laqua's first meeting and he not only walked away with a door prize but we
gave him a $20 gift certificate for Nexus Computer Books to mark this
milestone.

Welcome to the group Dalin and the other new members we signed up last night
and everyone that attended.

We had 68 people attend the meeting, fortunately the new room at SAIT is
more than large enough to accommodate us. We find it very encouraging that
our numbers have been steadily increasing. With this kind of interest, I
think we will have a very eventful year.

As a reminder, CLUG is made up of both Tier One and Tier Two members. Tier
One is free of charge and indicates to us that you are interested in Linux
and CLUG. As a Tier One member you are free to join our mailing list, attend
meetings and InstallFests as well as be a part of any committee that is
formed. Tier Two membership costs a nominal fee of $20 per year. It gets you
voting privileges at our Annual General Meeting (coming up March 10th) and
any Special General Meetings. You are eligible to become and Executive Board
member as well as chair any committees that are formed. You get a shiny
laminated membership card with your name and number that you may show to
your family and friends to show you are a proud member of our Society. On
top of that we have built up a list of sponsors that will give you discounts
upon flashing your membership card. See
