On the line of thought . . .
Is Calgary/Alberta too far off, or is it close enough ?
Who are the current/last organizers, or some material regarding ?
Also, wouls it be more simple just to go for a Alberta alone ?? or maybe BC2 ?
Is westren Canada too big, it does not have to be this year ?
Ok
I have asked too many questions :-)
I think, a LUG_EXCHANE program would be closer to achive. There could be
coordinated events (installfests, or online conferences etc) and there could
be a comon irc chanel for LUGS_in_canada or what you may, alongside a mailing
list ...
Just a something on the way of knowing what the other lugs and uugs are
doing, what help might be needed somewhare where help may not be immediately
available . . . Think of it like an elivated layer of coordination, where
only the overflow gets transfered. Think of it, like a mid_year_installfest
that (all) the lugs would have at the same time, maybe called Linux awareness
day :-) or something of the nature.
Well
That was mt 0.02 CAD
Cheers
