To check your options for the mailing list go to: http://clug.ca/mailman/listinfo/clug-talk_clug.ca There's lots of options but if you want to check your account go to the bottom and enter your email address in the field beside the button labelled "Unsubscribe or edit options". This will send you off to a new screen where you will be prompted for your password or for mailman to send you a reminder. If you have your password you may check your subscription options. If this is a post-only account, you may elect to 'disable' Mail Delivery. So for example I have three email addresses listed. I only want to recieve clug-talk messages on one of those accounts so I turn off mail delivery for the other two. This way I may post from any of the three. Clear as mud?
