Go to https://shop.lindows.com/loginform.php and login. You will then be bumped to http://shop.lindows.com/user/mylindows_welcome.php. You can sign up or not sign up for the CNR free triall. I did not. I went to the "My Products" link on the nav bar on the left hand side (under "Welcome", and "Get more software". Then from the page that opens, choose "CD Downloads". The "LindowsOS 4.5 Developers Installation CD" is the first one on the list. Click on the "Download it" link and you'll be put into the cue for downloading.
