yes, kaddressbook, and any of the 8 formats listed in the File / Import menu 
(in recent versions anyways) including vCard, MS Exchange, Nokia phones, 
Eudora, CSV files, Opera, older KDE versions and LDIF (LDAP) ... kpilot 
allows further syncing with handhelds.
