I don't think so. DocBoc is an XML schema for defining documents in general. Brian asked for a template (i.e. prebuilt document) for a test plan - I think. However he didn't specify what the test plan was for. I suspect he's asking for a test plan template for custom software applications. But I can't really help anymore on that one...
