grep /etc/services for either of those on my Debian box turns up
nothing, so ... Why should I care?!? :-) Stupid Wintendo!

Anybody else out there read ;login: from Usenix? Am I just being a
sensationalist when I say "Don't use Windows", or is there solid,
documented evidence that supports such an outlandish assertion? From
the Dec. 2003 issue:

   - Wintendo (NT) grows in complexity by %80 / a.

   - IE grows in complexity by %380 / a!

   - "Based on the growth in complexity, Microsoft products will have
between 15 and 35 times the number of flaws as other operating
systems now, with increased disparity in the future."

So, am I a Chicken Little for pointing this out, or just dangerously
prescient? =[8]-)

[Most of Usenix publications are available online. They're well worth
reading for anyone who's serious about administration. Good writing
by great people. www.usenix.org :-]
