Should be, but WINE is alpha software so I doubt anyone is willing to guarantee results, especially when it comes to Windows drivers which can be all over the map. Even if WINE was totally solid for accessing Windows drivers, NTFS is an _extremely_ complex filesystem, and the drivers -- yes, even the Windows ones -- are not always 100% reliable (they get patched between versions and service packs, just like everything else).
