Hey everyone, I'm having some weird problem booting up the 9.1 livecd,
the *DESKTOP* system stops responding when trying to load the pcmcia
module, it stops at "Starting PCMCIA", why on earth it wants to load
pcmcia on a desktop machine is beyond me but I've tried a few things to
see if I can prevent it from loading such as, noapic, noapci, apci=off,
nopcmcia=yes, nopcmcia and none of them seem to switch off pcmcia, how
can I get around this? Machine specs are a dual p2/400, scsi drives.
Nothing special.
