Server Environment:
- Red Hat 7.2
- Apache 1.3.29 (from source)
- OpenSSH 3.8p1 (from source)
- OpenSSL openssl096-0.9.6-16.7 & openssl-0.9.6b-32.7 (from RPM package)
(don't ask how there is two, because I don't know, I didn't setup this
machine)

no package requires openssl-devel

Issue: This server is only administrable remotely via SSH. As you all
know, SSHd requires SSL. I need to upgrade SSL (to install mod_ssl) and
don't know what the ramifications will be for SSHd (or other related
system packages).
Questions: Will SSH have to be recompiled after this upgrade takes place?
Would the daemon panic for any reason during the install? Is there
anything else I should be careful of before removing the SSL packages?
