Try getting RPMS from here : ftp://ibiblio.org/pub/mirrors/kde/stable/3.2.2/RedHat/Fedora/ Or other mirrors listed here: http://download.kde.org/download.php?url=stable/3.2/ KDE 3.2.3 is strictly Fedora Core 2 AFAICT. This mirror has just Fedora with directories for i386, noarch, and SRPMS I believe. Should work for you.
