The previous time I downloaded using BitTorrent, a file (filename.torrent) was downloaded first, then the files I wanted followed afterwards.
That URL points to the torrent file. BitTorrent downloads the torrent file, and that tells it where to find the ISO. Looks like there are a reasonable number of people serving it at the moment, as I'm maxing out my DSL connection downloading (and nobody's uploading from me).
