I found a workaround searching archived mailing lists using Google: text/html => Remove existing entries from Application Preference Order => Add button => kfmclient openProfile webbrowsing %u It's still a weird problem, because the Embedding tab => Left Click Action => is 'Show file in embedded viewer' and the first entry in the list is KHTML (as it should be). Apparently the Embedding tab setting is not taking effect anymore.
