I came across Asterisk, which seems to be the best OSS IP/Telephony server out 
there [and the only one I know for sure will act as a gateway in the manner I 
need]. However, its WAY overkill and a beast to configure. So, Im asking the 
group for either a better solution, or help with configuration, and praying 
someone has more experience than I.
