This is purely speculation on my part as I believe that his primary area of focus is a web person (and if you could do some basic admin of their SAMBA server, so much the better - if not, no sweat, we administer it remotely).
Matt is a good guy to talk to, and if you give him a call, I'm sure he would be happy to spend some time going over what they do and the person(s) who might best fill the role(s).
