I would probably be ok with the fact that they did this if they informed me. There is always a technical solution for everything, but like this I wasted too many hours of my time trying to figure out what is going on.
I just think that Telus is pretty unprofessional in pulling a plug and hoping that no one will scream. If they hear too many screams they plug it back in and if not they keep going as if nothing happened.
