Problems:

Solutions:

1. Reinstall Windows from scratch or last known good image at least once/year.

2a. Upgrade users!  (Apparently of the "stupid" variety!)

- OR -

2b. (Or !2b...) Require users to curtail their activity to non-productive but safe levels. Bad users!

Can't say as I've ever had any problems running Windows, particulary that nice BSOD screensaver that seems to come bundled for free. (That's why I use Linux whenever possible.)
